Obesity not only becomes a bigger problem among adults but also children . Our lifestyles do not always allow us to have the time and / or energy to engage in the practice of our daily routine. So what I mean by overall fitness ? In my opinion, overall fitness is composed of three factors: activity, nutrition , and motivation. The activity is basically your activity level. Do you exercise regularly , play sports or participate in an activity that may be designated as exercise? The weightlifting, cycling, swimming, running , playing basketball , or take a yoga class every fall in the activity of overall fitness . Although not limited to these activities mentioned . The more active you are , the higher your overall fitness will be.

The second component is the diet . Sometimes people tend to plead ignorance in this regard. Many people say , "I do not know how to eat healthy . " Eating healthy is mostly just common sense. I think the average person knows that chicken and grilled vegetables is healthier than a burger and fries . Sometimes we say that we do not know when you really do. the caloric intake and portion control are two key elements in the diet of an individual. nutritional value on items we buy using these two elements.
